  Amazing grilled chicken burger and chili! I had an incredible experience at The House of Bean and Leaf today. The grilled chicken burger was absolutely delicious - perfectly cooked and bursting with flavor. The chili was the perfect accompaniment. The service was also top-notch, friendly and attentive. I highly recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for a fantastic meal in jacobsbaai.

  Well to begin with : this place is set in the quaint, quintessential village of Jacobsbaai. The host is a fantastic person. So sociable and welcoming. Then We had THE BEST burgers ever. In fact it was so good we just HAD TO meet the chef..tx Romeo... The atmosphere is so homey and cozy and you feel like you're welcomed as old friends. One can honestly say it's an all round fabulous place. Just GO and try it!

  I was so excited and impressed to discover that there are vegan options available on the menu 💚 I had the most delicious frappe made with oat milk and the black bean patty was super yummy! I love the modern and relaxed atmosphere and that it's Furbaby friendly 😊 the service is excellent and the staff are so lovely and friendly. Jacob's Baai is lucky to have this hidden gem 🍃

  Bean and Leaf does it again. Tucked away in a quiet side street, just close enough to the beach to give you that holiday feel, but far enough from the hustle and bustle so you can enjoy a peaceful breakfast. I Iove this cozy restaurant. The music is gentle and never overpowers your conversation. The staff is helpful and the service excellent.This is my go-to for the most deliciously fragrant teas, cappuccino that's the exact right temperature and strength and flavorful, beautifully served food. This morning we had the Full breakfast and the Double up on rye. The full breakfast comes with the most delicious artisinal beef sausage I have ever eaten. Do yourself a favor and pop in. I can also highly recommend the waffles, savory and sweet as well as the burgers! I have previously indulged in their ice cream and it's dreamy, every bite! A bonus is that the menu accommodates vegetarians! It's really a little hidden gem that I want to expose today for all round excellence! Well done team! I will be back, again!
